FAQs

Do I need to be fit before starting a program?

Not at all. Our programs are designed for all levels — from beginners to experienced athletes. We start where you are and tailor your plan based on your current fitness, lifestyle, and health goals.

What’s the difference between the 12-week and 24-week programs?

The 12-week program focuses on movement correction, pain and inflammation reduction, and lifestyle alignment. The 24-week program goes deeper, addressing emotional, nutritional, and hormonal imbalances through the six foundation principles: thinking, breathing, hydration, nutrition, movement, and rest. It's ideal for clients seeking a full transformation.

What can I expect in the free 15-minute consult?

This is a no-pressure chat to discuss your goals, challenges, and what you're hoping to get out of working with us. We’ll explain how the process works and recommend the best starting point for your journey — whether that’s training, therapy, or something else.

How do online sessions work?

Online sessions are delivered via Zoom and are just as personalised as in-person coaching. You’ll receive clear instructions, tailored guidance, and full support throughout. Whether it’s breathwork, lifestyle coaching, or movement-based rehab, everything can be adapted to your space.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Flexible payment options are available for both the 12-week and 24-week programs. We believe in making holistic health accessible and will work with you to create a plan that fits your budget.

What results can I expect from holistic coaching?

While each person’s journey is different, most clients experience improvements in energy, mood, mobility, posture, and stress resilience. You may also notice reduced inflammation, better sleep, and more clarity in your daily decision-making. Results come from consistency and a willingness to engage in both the physical and internal work.

Can I do both personal training and breathwork at the same time?

Absolutely — in fact, combining movement with breathwork often enhances results. Breathwork helps regulate your nervous system and deepen recovery, which pairs powerfully with strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation goals.
