The 12-Week New Era Blueprint is designed to give you the tools, structure, and support to take control of your health — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Across 12 weeks, we’ll focus on reducing pain and inflammation, improving how you move, and developing habits that support a more balanced lifestyle. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body’s unique imbalances, and we’ll correct the postural and lifestyle patterns that have been holding you back.
Together, we’ll also work on time management and goal clarity — so you can stop spinning your wheels and start making real, lasting progress.
How it works:
Step 1: 15-minute consultation call (either face to face or via video) to:

Assess the compatibility of working together
Identify the program best suited to your needs
Step 2. Fill in the forms provided according to your needs and the chosen package.
Step 3. Receive an in-depth postural, dietary assessment. Assess your body to see how it is compensating from lack of correct diet, posture, stability and balance.
Step 4: Work together for 12-weeks to achieve maximum results.

Breathing
Breathing is the most essential part of life, 3 minutes without it and your brain starts to die. We breathe an average of 25,900 breaths a day, anything that disrupts your respiration will result in postural alterations. Many things affect breathing, from an incorrect diet, posture, stress, and anxiety. Correct breathing is vital.
Hydration
Water is essential to all biochemical reactions. Every cell is affected by the water we drink.
There are 37 billion chemical reactions in the body every second, all of which are water-dependent.
Nutrition
We’re all built differently—so your nutrition plan should be, too. You'll receive a customised meal plan tailored to your unique body type, with precise macronutrient and calorie targets to support your health goals. No guesswork, just clear guidance designed to help you feel your best from the inside out.
Movement
The exercises and stretches you do each day fuel your energy, enhance mobility, and support a wide range of vital systems including circulation, digestion, and mental clarity. Consistent, intentional movement keeps your body functioning at its best and builds resilience from the inside out.
Load Assesment
Physical strain, emotional stress, poor sleep, demanding schedules—these all add up. Assessing your total load means looking at every stressor on your body and mind, not just what happens in the gym. When you understand your load, you can manage it. And when you manage it, healing becomes possible.

What is included in the 1-1 coaching sessions?
Each client is unique, so each session is tailored to your individual needs based on your intake form results. We'll focus on resolving physical, mental, and emotional blockages, identifying your passions, dreams, goals, and objectives. We'll also determine which of your "4 doctors" is out of balance: Dr. Quiet, Dr. Diet, Dr. Happiness, or Dr. Movement.
What is a orthopaedic assessment?
A comprehensive orthopaedic assessment helps correct musculoskeletal imbalances that cause pain and injuries, inflammation, and respiratory restrictions. It also provides guidance to prevent work and sports injuries.
The assessment gives me the necessary information to prescribe specific exercises, corrective mobilisations, and stretches. This includes access to my PT Enhance app with videos and directions for all exercises and stretches in the program. We'll also assess for nerve compressions to ensure there's no stone left unturned on your journey to wellness and a pain-free life.
What are the 4 specifically-designed programs?
These programs are tailored to each individual, considering postural, musculoskeletal issues, and corrective mobilisations and stretches and these are done periodically through the 12 week program. They include a client-assessed low intensity, medium intensity, or high-performance exercise program with a periodised plan and a nutrition and lifestyle coaching assessment.
What are the 4 lifestyle plans designed for?
These plans aim to correct diet, lifestyle, inflammatory issues, hormonal imbalances, and sleep/circadian rhythm issues and these are done throughout the 12 week program. They help deal with stressors, identify the causes of stress, and prioritise how we can achieve your goals.
By addressing these areas, we ensure a comprehensive approach to your overall well-being.
